At year’s end, agents of the company had totaled more than 22,000 transactions equating to $8.6 billion in sales volume.

“We’re expecting a rate of activity similar to what we’ve seen over the past several months of 2022 as we move into 2023,” she said. “Our agents are still reporting strong demand for the right kinds of homes, making now a great time for prospective sellers to reach out and see how much their homes could command.”
