This program reimburses Buyers up to $100 for installing new door locks, making key copies and/or re-keying their home within 45 days after closing. No service request and no service fee is required.

Hello Coverage - Hello Coverage helps educate homeowners on what their home warranty covers, how to work with 2-10 HBW and what to expect when placing a service request. This program, unique to 2-10 HBW, also provides homeowners with ongoing maintenance tips, valuable appliance discounts, the option to schedule a welcome call to review specific coverage details and more!
Appliance Discount Program - Homeowners receive exclusive discounts up to 65% off large and small GE® & Whirlpool® brand appliances.
Appliance Replacement Offer - When a service request is initiated on an appliance, the homeowner has the option to continue with the repair, or purchase a new appliance and submit the paid receipt to request a $100 reimbursement for the cost of the new appliance. If the homeowner selects to replace their appliance, a service fee will not be due.
‘Even If’ Service Fee Guarantee - If an item is not eligible for coverage, and 2-10 HBW dispatched a contractor, and a service fee was paid, reimbursement of the service fee may be requested. In addition, if a covered part is serviced and fails again within the term of the Home Warranty Service Agreement, another service fee will not be due.
